3. Do not unilaterally consider factors such as "tensile side, compressive side" on the tie rod holes of the purlins and punch holes with unequal upper and lower edge distances, because it is easy to install them upside down during installation, which will have a disadvantageous result.
4. The corner plates of doors and windows cannot be generalized, because in steel structure construction, you cannot guarantee that the plate is located at the crest or trough of the corrugated plate.
5. When doing large-scale steel structure projects, the detailed drawing numbering must take into account the convenience of production, delivery and installation.
6. We must understand the real meaning of the "load and other data" provided by Party A, because Party A often does not understand these professional concepts. We must put ourselves in their shoes. If the preliminary work is done well, the subsequent work will be much easier to carry out.
7. The position of high-strength bolts should be reasonable, and the construction space of the twist breaker and torque wrench should be considered. During installation, do not allow the twist breaker and torque wrench to be unable to be put in place due to small space, which will result in the high-strength bolt head being unable to be twisted off or the high-strength bolt being unable to be tightened.

If the light steel structure factory building has brick walls to be maintained, it is necessary to coordinate with the construction unit and the civil construction unit in advance, because this involves problems in both civil engineering and steel structure. The brick walls of the civil engineering may not be straight, but the flashing of the color steel plate cannot be made large and small. As a result, the gap between the color steel plate and the brick wall is large and small, and it is difficult to do a good job of flashing between the color steel plate and the brick wall. Therefore, civil engineering is also very important, so that the construction unit should be mentally prepared.
10. It is better for the steel structure manufacturer to install the anchor bolts themselves. Sometimes they can turn the position of the anchor bolts by 90 degrees.
